All routine consultations are by appointment to help reduce waiting times.

Emergency cases will be seen at any time, but please contact the surgery before setting out to ensure a veterinary surgeon will be available to see you.

Home visits can be arranged.

 
Terms of Business
In order to keep our costs as low as possible all fees must be paid for at the time of treatment. We accept most major credit cards, Switch and cheques with a valid guarantee card. We are always pleased to provide a detailed estimate before undertaking any treatment. Finances can sometimes be a problem. In this case please discuss this with us before treatment commences.

 
Insurance
We strongly recommend all pets are insured. With insurance you know you do not have to make any concessions on the veterinary care for your animal. Please ask for details.
